SoxFan1
Does anyone know whats going on on the AJ Burnett front. I would assume talks are off since the signing of El Duque. I would probably say the same with RJ and Vazquez but you never know with Kenny. Quck note: El Duque has already outlasted his first span with the White Sox in 2003 after the Colon trade. Chisoxfn
I don't think the Sox were ever talking about Burnett. They may of made a phone call, but I doubt anything more then that.

WilliamTell
Yeah, with Hernandez, I doubt we'll try for Burnett. I could be wrong though.

Punch and Judy Garland
Does anyone else get the idea that our 1-5 may not be set yet? I still think you could see a Konerko/garland trade for another starter and another piece. I don't want this trade to happen but KW really doesn't seem to want Judy back next year. YASNY
Unless KW is just overwhelmed, I believe Konerko with be with the Sox in '05.

IMO KW would be stupid to give up a cheap solid arm like Garland, and believe it or not by the end of the year he always comes out solid. Not spectactular. Not great. Disappointing for sure. But he always comes out solid and for 3.5 mil in this market you can't find better.
