Chisoxfn
Man has it been pouring out here lately. I don't think I can ever remember this much rain in SoCal. Hell, I don't think El Nino was like this. Its basically been pouring or sprinkling all times today. Were already at 3 to 4 inches on the day and I think it will be even more. Now its time for some snow Has it been pretty bad down in LA too?

It seems like it's been raining for like 2 weeks straight. I don't know how many inches but it's been like this all day. It's f***ing up all the roads around here too and in Hollywood. Lights are out, roads backed up. It's madness. Now bring on that f***ing snow!!!
YASNY
I know this is too much water, too fast, but from I understand the resevoirs out west have had critically low volume levels. Is this helping that situation much, or is it all just wasted run-off water?

You'd think it would have some positive impact in that regard. Maybe as the snow melts in the elevations, that will be a gradual and effective addition to the water supply.
