JDsDirtySox
Rangers sent second baseman Ruddy Yan outright to Triple-A Oklahoma. Yan was claimed off waivers from the White Sox two months ago. He was never worthy of a 40-man roster spot. Jan. 13 - 6:03 pm et
Chisoxfn
So essentially he's back on the market, correct?
Rex Hudler
QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Jan 14, 2005 -> 12:45 AM) So essentially he's back on the market, correct? Must have already cleared waivers if he was outrighted. Still property of the Rangers at this point.
aboz56
He was fringe at best, right? At least that was the word I always got. Although I know you really liked his speed, Jas.
Chisoxfn
QUOTE(aboz56 @ Jan 13, 2005 -> 04:55 PM) He was fringe at best, right? At least that was the word I always got. Although I know you really liked his speed, Jas. He was below average with everything but his speed. But those wheels made him a guy that could somehow break out. Was banged up for at least part of the year, but he just hasn't played well since his hot start in WS a year ago. But I can't say this again, when healthy, he was one of the fastest baseball players I've ever seen.
