Scwible
Wow, thats nuts. Almost as bad as the guy who fell off a roof onto his buddy below and got nails shot into his head.
LowerCaseRepublican
"This is the second one we've seen in this hospital where the person was injured by the nail gun and didn't actually realize the nail had been imbedded in their skull," neurosurgeon Sean Markey told KUSA-TV in Denver. "But it's a pretty rare injury." How do you not know that there is a SHARP METAL OBJECT sticking in your face?
YASNY
I shot a 10 penny nail into my foot one time. Fully imbedded until it countersunk the boot leather. However, I was 100% totally aware of it. I have seen X-rays of a guy that had a nail imbedded in the crown of his head. The dude survived. He beat some very long odds, that's for sure. LosMediasBlancas
Believe it or not, this is like the 4th time I hear a similar story. Don't ask me where the nails enter, or how they don't leave a mark, but it happens.
Yoda
A dentist found the source of the toothache Patrick Lawler was complaining about on the roof of his mouth -- a four-inch (10-centimeter) nail the construction worker had unknowingly embedded in his skull six days earlier Just reading that gives me goosebumps.
