cwsox Posted April 6, 2003 Share Posted April 6, 2003 I had the priviledge of meeting Mathew today and not only sitting with him for 9 innings at the cell but watching the NCAAs and dinner and driving aimlessly through the suburbs when I got lost - He is a really good guy, a hell of a good guy, really knows his stuff, and has charmed all of my friends - some of us know some others here, a lot of us don't know many people here personally, and Mathew is the first soxtalk.com member (who was not a member of the MLB boards) who I have met and I am very impressed with him. It will be good to read his his posts in the future and know what a really good and knowledgable person he is when I read them. He can post his story of how I had the ticket office set up for Mat from Canada on Friday - he thinks it is the most fan friendly park in the universe - We are going to tomorrow's game and then I return to Michigan and he to Canada and it has been a special treat to meet him this weekend. And you know the guy is a great guy when it turns out he too prefers the upper deck!!!!!!!!
