She was pulled over for a traffic stop (burned out tail light) when the cop heard what sounded like an injured cat. When he opened the back of the truck, he discovered 63 cats! They are in various stages of health; 2 were dead. The poor kitties were turned over to Animal Control where they are being cared for and tested for various diseases.
