Steff Posted January 24, 2005 Share Posted January 24, 2005 A NYPD detective has been charged with taking sexually explicit photos of legendary rocker David Bowie's stepdaughter after she was brutally raped, it was disclosed yesterday. Investigators recovered 15 shocking photos of Stacia Lipka, 24, in Staten Island Detective Richard Vecchio's files at the 123rd Precinct stationhouse. He's still working (and get paid) but on limited duties. I feel so sorry for the victim right now, I hope she gets some kind of justice.
