AnthraxFan93
IMO we trade Joe, for what ever we can get for him, he serves less of a purpose than Willie does.
southsider2k5
Joe Borchard was destined for Charlotte long before the signing of Iguchi. The Sox have at least 6 guys who can play OF (Dye, Pod, Everett, Gload, Perez, Rowand) without even counting Willie Harris in that list. Joe B will be the starting RF for the Knights. retro1983hat
If we keep Willie, Borchard has to go. And another decision will have to be made when Frank comes back. 1 Posednik 2 Iguchi 3 Dye 4 Konerko 5 Everett 6 Rowand 7 AJ 8 Uribe 9 Crede 10 Burhle 11 Garcia 12 Conteras 13 El Duque 14 Garland 15 Shingo 16 Marte 17 Vizcaino 18 Hermanson 19 Cotts 20 Adkins 21 Timo 22 Valdez 23 Gload 24 Davis 25 Willie 26 Thomas DL

They should trade him for a bag of baseballs, if anyone is willing.

CanOfCorn
Josh...you need to update your pic of Arroyo too. Jazz made a big mistake on that one.

Cause 99.5% Of the polls here ask questions that have been asked over and over and over and over again. Plus Many are somewhat DUMB

103 mph screwball
Keep Harris for league minimum. Use him as a back up plan for Iguchi, a lefty off the bench, a pinch runner, and a backup centerfielder. Trade Timo for whatever prospect they could get and save the team 600,000. Bring in Larkin or another infielder capable of backing up Short. Willie has more upside than Timo. Unless there is a skeleton in Willie's closet that we are not aware of, that's what I'd do with him. I can't blame KW for signing Timo and Ben Davis at the time. He didn't know then that AJ and Iguchi would be on the team. Now, I think Willie and Burke are cheaper and more versatile alternatives. SoxFan1
Keep Timo as your 4th outfielder and Willie as your backup 2nd Baseman. It's that simple. Borchard = September Call-up.
Tannerfan
I would trade Borchard for a groundskeeper.

Borchard = September Call-up. Borchard will be a September call-up well into his thirties. I just hope he doesn't have all of them with us. JUGGERNAUT
I don't like the choices. Borchy is not expected to make the roster & Harris will only make the roster if we can't find someone better. I don't see how these two are linked.
