Fox News Spawns Hate for Canada

I watched a documentary the other day on the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) about US media considering accusations of right winged media and left winged media. Anyways the documentary would obviously appear left wing slanted, but they seemed to come to the conclusion that it was contrary to current popular belief a right wing media :o.

You can refute that if you want but the point of this point is to attack people like Bill O'Reilly and Anne Coulter. These two people, as displayed in this documentary didn't seem to have any intelligence what so ever, and blatantly hate on Canada like we are an enemy. Basically I have declared war on FOx News as they blast us relentlessly and it's in my opinion unf***ingacceptable. LOL

Just know that pieces of s*** like those two are lower than the quality of this post and they do more to further the hate for your own country as well as ours by you. Get rid of them.

This is from a country who, until very recently,  allowed Al Jazerra on its airwaves and banned Fox News.

f*** them.

Let me get the straight. The CBC airs a left wing show blasting Fox News and O'Reilly responds to it. Who fired the first shot? The CBC is afraid Fox News is going to make them even more irrelevent than they already are. To quote that master wordsmith Nuke_Cleveland, "f*** them".

This should be entertaining, someone tell me why a foreign country is being judged by whether or not they carry Fox News? Y'all are joking right? Are they also in trouble if they don't carry the Food Network and MTV? :lolhitting

Y'all? I never said a word about whether or not they carried Fox News. But, since they have opened the door, now the CBC is s***ting bricks.

CBC will always be #1 in Canada, I don't see your point.

EDIT: On further research no they aren't... sort of. But FOx News won't be a channel everyone gets and in a country where there are more liberals, I dont see why it would be widely acquired.

It looks to me like a producer/director/reporter that has a personal problem with Fox News.

People rail on Fox News being biased, yet the person who put the CBC story together has personal feelings against FNC, that are also biased.

The one who controls the media, controls the information. So, why not affect the information with your personal views? The door swings both ways.

It's an eternal pissing contest. Conservatives vs. Liberals.

Why would you want to hate someone because of a slanted story? You might not have all the facts.

Have you seen the Canadian documentary? No of course you haven't and it's not your fault. But you'd maybe be able to understand my viewpoint if it was possible for you to see this.

P.S. Bill O'Reilly swings the door a lot harder! :D

Considering that Canada has never had Fox News type outlet and have been only hearing one side of the issues, that might contribute to their liberal leanings. As for my point, Fox News has b**** slapped CNN, MSNBC, etc. They'll, in time, do the same to CBC unless the liberalists in Canada cause the gov't to pull the plug on them.

They have b**** slapped them in the ratings but at what cost? O'Reilly's got enough distortions and lies that he's uttered on air to fill numerous books [my personal favorite is where he made up the Paris Business Review citing it as a source that said the O'Reilly/FNC boycott of France cost France billions when imports from France have actually gone up since the war started.]

I have no problem with conservatives airing their point of view on TV but to do it under a guise of "fair and balanced" and in the absolutely imbicilic way that they do so [i.e. making up facts etc. -- like Coulter saying the World War I Red Scare took place in 1924 etc.] then it really does a disservice to legitimate conservatives to have these incompetent softheaded morons railing -- just like Michael Moore is a disservice to liberal minded people.

Umm, I didn't read the article, but a little over a week ago O'Reilly was talking about US Hate in other countries and was saying a lot of nice things about Canada because on the most part they actually like America and Americans. It was a pretty damn high percentage compared to Europe, mainly France.

I saw the same thing. Oreilly doesn't like the Canadian media and factions of the government, you know, like the one that called President Bush an "idiot". He thinks very highly of the Canadian people and if any of you bothered to watch his show you'd see the same thing.
