qwerty
http://www.nba.com/news/coaches_050201.html Skiles led the young Bulls team to a 13-3 month, recording the most wins in a single month by a Bulls team since the 1997-98 season. From December 4 until January 25, Chicago held 26 straight opponents to under 100 points, the longest streak in the NBA this season and tied for the sixth longest since the inception of the 24-second shot clock in 1954. Their defense held opponents to a league-high 39.5% from the field and 88.6 points per game (4th in the league) this month. That is pretty amazing when you think about it. http://www.nba.com/bulls/news/gordon_rom_050201.html The NBA announced today that Chicago Bulls rookie guard Ben Gordon was selected the Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month for January. Gordon is the first Bulls rookie since Jay Williams in December of 2002 to earn Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month accolades. For January, Gordon appeared in 16 games and averaged 14.3 ppg, 2.2 rpg, 2.1 apg and 20.7 mpg; he shot .426 from the field, .391 from behind the arc and .880 from the free throw line. He twice tied his season high, with an NBA-rookie-high 31 points against Philadelphia (01/12) and Boston (01/29), and scored in double figures in 10 games, including 20 or more points three times. He led the Bulls in scoring on three occasions and in assists once. Wo0t.
