Heads22
The preview I saw before the SB was disappointing but I'll watch the whole thing before judgement.

Rex Kickass
TV's already off. It seems like, much like Family Guy, one character is really built from the mold of a "Wait til Your Father Gets Home" character.

santo=dorf
Brian the Dog has been replaced by an Alien who sounds like Peter Griffin's black neighbor.
Rex Kickass
I thought he sounded more like Paul Lynde, which made him amusing for a few seconds.

Wise Master Buehrle
Not as funny as Family Guy, but it shows a lot of promise. Couple of moments were hilarious. ONe that comes to mind is the part with the fish and German skiier switching brains.
knightni
Funniest scene for me: When the old dog tries to pee and just dust comes out. Other than that, really unfunny. Of course, I hated the pilot of Family Guy as well, but, it got better. Too bad the dog is dead, it was about the only funny thing about the episode. I think they need to rethink the characters and their "quirks" if they want this show to work. Get rid of the alien....and change the kids "identities" around. It seems like it was thrown together and not thought out(or at least the parts up to where i left off). :sleep

And, if I recall correctly, people were saying the same thing about Family Guy. Guess I'll just wait till it premieres on Adult Swim. Chisoxfn
I liked it. Some flat parts but the terrorist references were great. My favorite had to be the line about his daughter shaving her armpits and how if the terrorist win that will be the first thing to go. Then when they show Iraq with Ikea furniture and the husband is yelling at his women to get dressed and she runs out the window. Warning, I explain things horribly. knightni
He told her to put some clothes on.. she puts the veil over her eyes in burqua style. He tells her to get him a beer, but she can't see cuz of the burqua over her eyes. She gets up,trips on the footstool, and...out the window she goes. God: Maybe you should downplay our relationship. Like that telling people God wanted you to be president. Why don't you just keep that to yourself. Other then that very dissappointed. The show just was very unfunny. He needs to stick with Family Guy.
AngelasDaddy0427
I didn't want to start a new thread for it. Did anyone watch the simpsons? Flash Tizzle
Tonight's Simpsons episode was mediocre. Typical of recent episodes. Too many plugs of professional atheletes. Yao Ming's lines weren't funny, and neither were LaBron James. -Lebron accepts omlettes LEBRON: This is the happiest day of my life. LISA: Didn't you recently sign a 90 million dollar contract? LEBRON: That was a good day, too. No punch line. One of many weak lines during this week's episode.
IlliniKrush
I kinda liked AD, it had it's moments. As long as you don't expect it to be as good as family guy, it will be entertaining enough.
