southsider2k5
The Bears waived quarterback Jonathan Quinn Tuesday after only one season with the club. A seven-year NFL veteran, Quinn signed with the Bears last March and played in five games during the 2004 season. Quinn started the three games following Rex Grossman's season-ending knee injury. Starting for the first time since Nov. 18, 2001 when he played with Jacksonville, Quinn posted career highs with 26 completions on 43 attempts en route to a season-high 215 passing yards vs. Philadelphia on Oct. 3, 2004. Quinn totaled 51 completions on 98 pass attempts for 413 yards with one touchdown and three interceptions for the season.
GoodAsGould
i can honestly say good riddance.... although i think he was used wrong last year to me he seemed to be a much better passer out of the shotgun and that was only used during the 2 minute drills but oh well goodbye quinn and good riddance.
