Mostly just water, orange juice and alcohol for me but when I do mix its usually with RC. Regular soda drinking though on the times I do drink it is either root beer or Mt. Dew. I used to be in that same bracket. I averaged about 100 oz of Coke a day back in the day. And I was 5'8" 120 lbs all through college. But that was back when I would run a cross country practice, and go play two hours of basketball in the same day.
