Make a bullet cost $5,000 and we will never have another innocent bystander ever again. Plus, it will make people think before they go nuts and try to shoot somebody -- and if somebody does get shot, we'll all know that they must have done something bad cuz "s***, they put $50,000 worth of bullets in his ass!"
