IlliniKrush
Illinois plays at 8:40 central on Thursday. The game time are up at cbssportsline. I also think we should have 4 separate, pinned threads for the tournament, one for each region, or we're gonna have way too many posts in a short period of time and it's going to be impossible to read. Just a suggestion.

chimpy2121
I got Gonz, U of I, UNC, and Cuse in the final 4. I might switch Gonz with WF and UNC wit UConn before I hand my bracket in though.

WilliamTell
QUOTE(Palehosefan @ Mar 13, 2005 -> 10:05 PM) I don't really see any this year, Vermont has the best shot and Niagara over OU would be a my sleeper. But I honestly don't see a single 13+ seed winning in the 1st round. I don't think any are going to win either, but there's always one or two of those teams that'll pull it off. That's what I love about it, unless it's my team losing.

SuperSteve
Why was the college BBall thread closed? I don't want to have to navigate so much to read and discuss. It was easy being in all one thread.
IlliniKrush
It's way harder to follow in one thread, there will be a million posts a day, and everything will run together if it's in one thread. It's way, way more organized this way.
witesoxfan
My final four = Illini, Wake, Cuse, UCONN*** Championship = Illini-Cuse Champion = someone wearing orange and blue I like Nova, and I think they are a Final Four sleeper(and if they can get through their field, they could be one of the favorites, knowing how hard their schedule is and how well they are playing)...but I couldn't stand having them there. They play one of the more underrated teams in New Mexico in round 1, possibly the hottest team in the country in Florida in round 2, the most talented team in the country in UNC in the Sweet 16, and then a very, very solid team in UConn in the Elite 8. It is too risky. Edited March 15, 2005 by witesoxfan

greasywheels121
QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Mar 14, 2005 -> 10:11 PM) Going out on a limb there greasy I wish I could, but I don't see much else happening. Some could argue that I have a couple "sleepers," being that a lot of people don't think Washington even is worthy of their number 1. greasywheels121
Another thing...Kind of ironic how this worked out. Rick Hartzell the ref/AD of Northern Iowa, had the controversial calls in the IU game against Wiscy. IU and Northern Iowa were both bubbles at the time; funny how they drew Wiscy. I know, I'm just joking with ya, washington and kentucky can almost be considered sleepers in their brackets. I know for me I have wash losing to pitt in the 2nd round and kentucky to team dbaho in the sweet 16.
