southsider2k5
That Wake/WV game was one for the ages. WV kept throwing punches, but WF kept answering until the end. Big free throws probably ended up being their unduing ultimately, as foul trouble killed both teams.
WilliamTell
WV/WF was a good game. I kept getting mad because I wanted to watch Eurotrip and they kept playing another overtime.
aboz56
How does everyone see the U of L and GA Tech game going?
WHarris1
I've got Louisville winning and advancing to the FF. Whoever wins this game goes to the FF, IMO. Should be a damn good game... Too bad I will be stuck watching Wisconsin dominate Bucknell.

aboz56
GT getting blown away, 60-45, looking more and more to me like we could see Illinois and the ville facing off in the National Semis. Personally I don't see how Georgia Tech was even a 5 seed, they're really just not that good. Majorly overrated. Their guards, who are supposed to be great, are just getting outclassed by O'Bannon, Dean and Garcia. As I type this, it's now 63-45. See ya GT. He_Gawn
Now the only way I can win in my school bracket thing is if ILL loses because i had Syracuse and GT in my final 4. f***

southsider2k5
QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Mar 21, 2005 -> 09:18 AM) Except for Louisville... Louisville/Georgia Tech was the toughest game in that bracket for me to pick. I said when I was looking at it, that the winner of that game was going to the Final 4, and I still believe that. Palehosefan
Texas Tech out. I can only imagine what Knight could do with talent on his hands. Its Ronald Ross, Jarius Jackson and the 3 scrubs all the time on the floor. Even tonight Ross was playing like a scrub, he picked a horrible time to have his worst game. Still a great run for Tech when nobody including me thought they would get nearly this far.

aboz56
Washington the worst No. 1 Seed ever. They got owned by the Ville. It's going to be interesting if U of L and Illinois meet.

Could be, the big factor will be the health of Taquan Dean. If he is alright, Louisville can beat anyone.

aboz56
Here is what is between Louisville and St Louis.... A guy named Pittsnogle....
Palehosefan
Zeno played like a scrub yesterday, but he definitely has a hell of a lot of potential. Amazing athlete, and an improving sweet lefty stroke. Knight can mold him into something special, he just has to find a capable rebounder down low. Our big men have to live in the weight room this offseason. As for Pittsnogle, he's a player, can shoot with any center. But, on the downside, my girlfriend says he looks like Deputy Dewey(sp?) David Arquette from Scream 2 I believe.
Rex Hudler
QUOTE(aboz56 @ Mar 25, 2005 -> 07:33 PM) Washington the worst No. 1 Seed ever. They got owned by the Ville. It's going to be interesting if U of L and Illinois meet. Actually aboz, they didn't. Aside from U of L's 13-0 run toward the end of the first half when Robinson and their other guard were on the bench with three fouls, it was a pretty even game. Louisville won a 40 minute game by dominating about 3 minutes.
