Jabroni
http://rotoworld.com/content/playerpages/p...ort=MLB&id=6191 Latest News Mar. 16, 2005 - 2:39 pm et Astros waived RHP Pete Munro. Munro was the early favorite to be the Astros' fifth starter, but he wasn't showing much this spring. By cutting him now, the Astros only owe him one-sixth of his $700,000 salary. Munro could resurface as a middle reliever with another team. Tim Redding is probably the current favorite to occupy the final spot in Houston's rotation. nitetrain8601
If I'm the Sox, I would pick him up. Heck he can't be that bad. If anything he'll add to minor league depth.
southsider2k5
QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ Mar 16, 2005 -> 09:51 PM) If I'm the Sox, I would pick him up. Heck he can't be that bad. If anything he'll add to minor league depth. They don't have a 40 man roster spot for him.
