LDF
since the wide outs are looking mighty fine, do you think that maybe david terrell is trade bait?
Spiff
i dunno he hasn't really proven much, plus he has a first-rounder's salary, and trades are hard to work in the nfl b/c of the cap.
LDF
my thinking is that maybe some teams are in a bind to find a wr as in the cowgirls.
BridgeportHeather
I don't think he'll be traded. Just think about it...We have FOUR legitimate WRs now (Booker, MRob, Dezzie, and Terrell). We can use four-WR sets at will now!
LDF
and what to do with the rookie of the yr last yr?
Spiff
yeah really, why would you wanna go four wide with miller when you have thomas back there...
BridgeportHeather
You don't wanna run all the time...it's too high schoolish and too predictable! It looks like Shoop is opening up his offense, and I like it!

When he is a star in the league, I'm sure he'll let eveyone know it.

I just wish he'd take after his Michigan homeboy ATrain and just play the game without opening his trap! He's gonna become Randy Moss if he continues on this path. You dont' have to run it all the time, but when you have a weapon like Thomas why wouldnt you want to give it to him 25-30 times a game and let him wear down the other team. Besides, if you do that you can use play action to set up the pass. I would rather just have Terrell for depth than go four-wide all the time. Chisoxfn
Terrel is a very good reciever. I hate to see everyone saying he's a bust after one season. Recievers take a while to develop into the league. It took Booker 3 years, Torry Holt a couple of years, David Boston a couple of years. The only guy to really burst onto the scene is Randy Moss. If we give up on Terrel we'll be making a big mistake. I know everyone likes Mrob, and I like him a lot, but odds are he won't be back next year and Terrel will be replacing him as the starter. This year Terrel should grow a lot and I think we'll see him make a ton of big plays. This guy is going to be a real good reciever.

Chisoxfn
Booker signed a 5 yr deal so he isn't going anywhere. As far as Mrob goes, I don't think its the greatest investment to put big bucks in an injury prone reciever. I like Mrob a ton and would love for him to keep playing here, but I also don't think its likely to happen.

Jjav829
No way in hell will they trade Terrell, nor should they. The Bears have a lot of talent at WR, but also a lot of questions. We know what Booker is capable of, so thats 1 for sure. After that though... M-Rob is coming off of blowing out his knee. I don't care what he claims, he isn't 100%. He won't be 100% this year. Im still not sold on Dez White. I guess he had eye surgery in the offseason to fix his vision problems, so he should be seeing the ball better. I just wonder if he is one of those guys who has all the talent but not the right mental makeup. As for DT, GROW THE f*** UP! Act like you've been there before and plan on being there again. His act is starting to get old. Yeah you caught a TD, good job, now hand the ball off to the ref and trot your dumbass back to the sidelines. You won't see the Bears run many 4 WR sets. I do think DT needs to get some more playing time though. If Dez doesn't get his act together soon, DT most likely will.
