I wrote a rather terse reply to the guy too, but I didn't send it because I was unsure, because he still hadn't reached arbitration, if he fell under those rules.... There would be nothing worse than calling a guy out for not knowing what he was talking about and stirring the pot, only to be wrong. I glanced through the CBA, but I'm terrible at reading those things. Legal jargon always sounds like exactly the opposite of what it actually says to me. "Word in Chicago is that the White Sox are having second thoughts about their acquisition of ex-Twins catcher A.J. Pierzynski, and might try to trade him soon." Sorry if this has been posted but I just seen it and didnt see anything mentioned on here. He also said that the Sox could trade Davis by the end of the day. Widger would be our our backup and Burke would be our third string catcher in Charlotte.
