AddisonStSox Posted March 29, 2005 Share Posted March 29, 2005 So, I got to thinking today: why are they called a "pair" of pants? Does that mean each individual pant-leg is one, single "pant"? From this point forward, I propose we call a "pair" of pants, simply, pant. As in, "it's so cold out, I really have to find some warm pant."
