Soxy
Yahoo is now reporting it--but no Vatican confirmation. What a tremendous impact he had on the world. He's home now...
Kid Gleason
Still nothing on cnn.com. But this is nows inevitable, isn't it? There is no coming back from where he is at. Last summer when I was with my great aunt and, just before she passed, I realized that there is that certain point you hit where nothing can bring you back, no medicine can ever be created to reverse what has started. It sounds though like he is comfortable and relaxed in his last moments.
YASNY
I'm not a catholic. But Pope John Paul II was a man of inspiration and dignity. He was a man to be admired. Bells tolling at St. Peters as I type.
