NUKE_CLEVELAND
7-0 in the bottom of the 4th. Glendon Rusch is getting PWN3D!!! by the D-backs!!
chimpy2121
Dempster started, all 7 runs are charged to him. He was absolutely rocked. So much for that great pitching staff. Looks like theyre stuck with Dempster even when Woody and Prior get back.

Punch and Judy Garland
No matter his stuff, I'm not sure why they believed Dempster was a lock to be good. I remember his runs in Florida and Cincinati weren't exactly results-strong

Spiff
The worst part is that it's the D-Backs doing it, but with Dumpster anything is possible.

NUKE_CLEVELAND
D-Backs are threatening again. 2nd and 3rd with only 1 out. Never mind............the flubbs managed to squirm out of it. Royce "the choice" grounded out weakly and Gonzalez bounced out. BridgeportHeather
A few ScrUb fan co-workers were gloating about their 10-run victory a couple days ago, and I reminded them of the team they root for...Hopefully it sinks in before too long, because Cub fans are totally annoying, especially when they try to convince you that what they have is anything remotely good! I can't wait til we paste them in both series this year!
NUKE_CLEVELAND
It's 8-3 now. D-Backs just launched one.

DonkeyKongerko
I wouldn't mind having Nomar but not for the money he makes. He's way too inconsistent for Ozzie ball.
Jabroni
Flubs lose 8-3 and go to 1-2 on the season. Now they face the Brew-Crew and Flubs-killer Carlos Lee at the Urinal on Friday. Edited April 7, 2005 by Jabroni

Jordan4life_2007
This is kinda how they started the season last year. Wood and Prior on the dl. A strong opening day win on the road, only to lose the next 2 games. The sad thing is, "atleast for Cub fans", they're not as good as last years team. Their staff is hurting really bad right now with the loss of Clement and the 2 golden boys on the shelf.

The Critic
QUOTE(Jabroni @ Apr 6, 2005 -> 11:23 PM) Flubs lose 8-3 and go to 1-2 on the season. Now they face the Brew-Crew and Flubs-killer Carlos Lee at the Urinal on Friday. The Brewers always play the Cubs really tough anyway, and now Milwaukee actually looks like they could be a decent team. We know C Lee is going to have a good series there!
