Jabroni
Jenkins with a 3-2 count... And he strikes out for the golden sombrero at an extremely high pitch. 4 K's in the game for Jenkins. How worthless. Edited April 8, 2005 by Jabroni
fathom
Geoff Jenkins is a terrible player. Talk about someone who hasn't improved at all in the last 3 years or so.
fathom
Am I the only one who thinks Cubs are going to have a ton of problems with their middle relief? Fox is incredibly inconsistent/wild, and we all know how Hawkins is as a closer.
Punch and Judy Garland
Carlos is in the RIchie Sexson and Milt Thompson Hall of Fame for Cub Killers. That's when I'll miss him and Valentin. They rose to the moment in Wrigley

fathom
For the person who keeps saying that Mia Hamm is ugly.........I couldn't agree more. She looks like a rat. I've never understood how people think she's hot.

fathom
The last few years, I was nervous about the Cubs being a World Series contender because I thought their talent level was better than almost every team in baseball. However, this year, I'm nowhere near as nervous about them being a serious threat at winning it all. Other teams like the Braves, Marlins, Cardinals, and a few NL west teams are superior to the Cubs, in my opinion.

Jabroni
LaTroy Hawkins coming in to close out the game for the Flubs with a 3-2 lead. Boy, I'd love to see another LaTroy choke-job here with only a 1-run lead.

fathom
Amazing that Cubs are going to win this game when I think they've had 2 hard hit balls the entire game. These announcers are worse than any major league tandem I've heard in a long time.

These tools are going to spout the company line all season after what happened last year.
