LosMediasBlancas
Cubs down 7-3 in the 7th, Wood Head got rocked early. Prior should be interesting too, with 10 innings under his belt all year AND an injury. Edited April 13, 2005 by LosMediasBlancas
The Critic
Dusty the Pitcher Killer leaves him in to throw 113 pitches in a blowout. I guess he's anticipating needing the bullpen in Game Two, when The Glass Messiah makes his grand return.
SoxFanForever
QUOTE(The Critic @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 07:07 PM) Dusty the Pitcher Killer leaves him in to throw 113 pitches in a blowout. I guess he's anticipating needing the bullpen in Game Two, when The Glass Messiah makes his grand return. I like that nickname. Glass Messiah has a ring to it. LosMediasBlancas
I read somewhere that 80% of double headers end in a split, but I predict the Cubs lose em both today.

CWSGuy406
QUOTE(3E8 @ Apr 13, 2005 -> 08:09 PM) On a side note, what the f is up with Mark Mulder? That's what I want to know. He started to decline in Oakland a bit, but man, he's been pitching really bad lately. For the sake of the Cardinals, I hope he gets it together; they need an anchor to that staff.
