TheBigHurt35
Outside of his speed, I don't see an advantage to batting Rowand #3 just yet. He hits for good average, but doesn't (yet) have the power numbers that I'd like to see in a #3 hitter. Batting him second and dropping Tad to 9th might be a decent idea. But then, Rowand doesn't draw a ton of walks either and has sort of a marginal OBP for a #2 hitter. I think I like this lineup better... Jabroni
By the way, ESPN 1000 says that Everett has a bruised left scapula. He is listed as "day-to-day." I just love RotoWorld's take... Latest News Apr. 14, 2005 - 8:57 pm et Carl Everett is day-to-day with a bruised left shoulder. It'll be a little while before Everett is asked to play outfield again. He should return as a DH soon. Edited April 15, 2005 by Jabroni

Jabroni
Forget I asked. :rolly <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think I'd rather see Brian Anderson up here if it came down to it. Let Borchard raise his trade value in the minors so we can package him and Crede for a real 3rd baseman at the trading deadline.

He's a good hitter that doesn't try to swing for the fences every at bat. Also, he's not any slower at running the bases than Carl is. Please...back it up with facts that Joe Crede is to be blamed for our entire offense's struggles. He is not good...but the entire offense is sucking ass. Lay the f*** off Joe...he is not playing well, but Konerko(.235), Dye(.219), Rowand(.229), AJP(.226), and Uribe(.192), are not helping matters either. And, as of earlier tonight, Willie Harris was out OPS'ing Rowand, Dye, and Uribe, along with Crede. Willie f***in Harris. I do not like Crede, but place blame equally...holy f***. We are 6-3, and the way some are acting on here, you'd think we were f***in 3-6.
