This tests to see if your web browser is correctly implementing some of the newer web standards. I'm using IE right now so I failed of course. Supposedly the Mozilla based browsers also don't render the page correctly. It's supposed to look like the smiley face you see when you click the "Reference rendering" link. Mine is just a bunch of colors at the bottom with the word "Error" in the middle. Does this actually work for anyone and if so, what browser are you using? That's fine, just never update your browser again. Security updates especially just slow down page loading and they're not really important.
