How about person A is 'It', and at the first 'f***', takes a drink. If 'f***' is said again before he finishes the drink, he has to take another one. Then it is the next person's turn, and so on. Can have all sorts of side action, like if 'cocksucker' is said before 'f***' on your turn, you get to pick someone else to drink. 'cocksucker' and 'f***' in the same sentance is an EVERYBODY DRINK!
