danman31
Brian Anderson had himself a day. He struck out in the bottom of the 7th with the bases loaded and 2 outs for a chance to get a cycle. He was a single short. 3-4, 2B, 3B, HR, 3 RBI, 3 runs for Anderson. The Knights win 7-2. Burke also hit a HR. BMac 6 IP, 2 R (1 ER), 8 K, 2 BB, 7 hits. Spidale 2-4, Norton 1-3 with a walk in his debut. bulokis
Great to see BMAC with a nice outing bouncing back from a couple of bad ones. Is that Greg Norton back with us?

SouthSide2004
How about Amador hitting his fifth homerun of the season. If only he could draw a walk, we actually might have something there.
BHAMBARONS
BARONS 5 Montgomery 2 W-Meaux (2-0) L- Cromer (3-1) Sv- Jenks (7) BULL 3.2 IP 1H 0R 0BB 4K's * Bull injured his back during the game Cromer 5IP 8H 4R 2BB 2K's Good-Bats continue to surge 12 more hits, Also had 4 Doubles. Antoin Gray hit his first AA homerun in the 7th. Rogo had a 3 hit game avg is .349, Jerry Owens had a 3 hit game and was on base all 5 times as the leadoff hitter in this game. Owens also stole his 6th base today he is 6-6 in steals. Rogoowski stole 2 bases as well. Great Pitching by the Bull again but what else is new. Meaux continues to dazzle the biscuits he went 3 1/3 innings only giving up 2 hits while Striking out 6 Montgomery hitters. Meuax leads the team with 20K's. Bobby Jenks recorded the final 3 outs and had one K he got with a 98 MPH Fastball then droped in a dandy curve ball to finish off Shawn Riggins with his second K that ended the game. Hit Streaks continue for Owens (4), Blakely (5) and Andy Gonzalez (6). Bad-Nothing very well played game in all aspects. Notes: The Bull left in the 4th inning with Back Problems looked like he was in a lot of pain. Pacheco was cut after the game and will be replaced by a pitcher from Winston-Salem no word on who. Barons after taking the series from what was 1st place Montgomery improve there record to 11-5 overall and 5-1 vs Montgomery. Barons move on to Knoxville Tennessee for a 3 game set. DBAHO
That's not good at all about Bull, especially now since he's probably so close to getting the call up to Charlotte. Sounded like he was rolling too in today's outing, let's hope it's nothing too serious.
