DonkeyKongerko
Didn't see any mention of this posted yet. As a Sox fan, I don't like the Twins but as a baseball fan I'm happy to see they may finally get the stadium they deserve. It's supposed to open in 2009 but there better be a damn roof on it. http://minnesota.twins.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/...t=.jsp&c_id=min

ptatc
I really liked old met stadium they played in before the baggyball came to town. I grew up in Iowa and it was the closest pro ball we had. They tore down the old stadium and built that stupid mall of america. I hope the new one is half as good as the old one.

knightni
I could see the D'Rays and possibly either the Marlins, the Royals, or the A's being contracted in the next 10 years.
The Critic
From the artist's sketch it looks like an open-air stadium, no roof. I hope the Twins like spending every April on the road. Maybe they can get that killer West Coast road trip to start their season off on the wrong foot? That'd be nice.....

I would rather see an open air stadium. There weather is similar to Detroit and they seem to be managing. There will certainly be some cold April days. That was just a nasty storm we got. I'd think Chicago and Milwaukee are closer to Detroit than Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Middle Buffalo
I'd vote for Tampa's stadium as the worst. I can't even watch the tv when the sox play there.

It's a great idea to have parking similar to Wrigleyville. Park in some alley and hope your car hasn't been used as a urinal for 3 hours. Great idea.
