What the hell are you talking about?  People on here have been saying for a few weeks now that Iguchi is slow.  We expected a guy who had 40 steals in a year in Japan, but he's been slower than almost everyone imagined.  Just a comment on him, not like I was making fun of his mother or something.

He's probably injured from all the takeout slides he gets at 2nd base. DJ was right, his technique around the bag is bad.

That's an even more impressive throw by Kotsay since he didn't really have time to get any momentum behind the throw.

Like they said, he hasn't lead basball in outfield assists since 1998 for nothing.

Inning ending catch by podsednik.

Kotsay is really underrated, you know?

No kidding, 2 years ago, I thought his career was going to be over. He really sucked at the end of his Padres career, and I thought the Padres destroyed the A's in the deal for Ramon Hernandez. However, his back has healed it seems, and he's been a monster since about this time last season.

3E8 -- Yes, Kotsay is good. Real good defensively, and an excellent leadoff/number two hitter. When that lineup actually gets going, they're gonna score a lot of runs. They're going to have two guys at the top of that lineup with OBP's above .360, and Kendalls will be closer to .400.

Me.

Bulls***. I hate you already.

In other news ... Hi, everybody. I'm new to this forum, but I'm a White Sox fan recently transplanted from Chicago into LA.

Alright, back to listening to Rooney and Farmer. Keep up with the commentary, all. Love it.

Oakland fans booing Dye for leaving due to free agency?

From what I read elsewhere, they're booing Dye because of his lackluster performance with the A's after they gave him a big 3 year contract.
