It IS interesting how many people (including myself) have no idea of what Cinco de Mayo actually celebrates. Admittedly, I'm only in it for the fine Mexican cuisine and margaritas. Yeah, I know salsa is Puerto Rican, but I can't stand Ranchera music. Puerto Ricans are pretty much the same anyways. Please don't tell any of my Puerto Rican friends I said that last part.
