With the Sox playing at Wrigley field and we might need an extra bat to pinch hit... Do you think KW will send Walker to the minors and  bring up someone like Brian Anderson

No.

This was discussed today at the game and later on at Buffalo Wild Wings.

I would not be surprised with a roster move, would also not be surprised if Cotts is optioned out and a guy who can pinch hit and play 1B is brought in, can you say Greg Norton.

Not saying "for" or "against" on this, just speculating.

If Cotts is optioned, he can be brought back at any time. Walker would need to go thru waivers, not that he'll be claimed but it's something to think about.

If they send anyone down it would probably be Walker and not Cotts. Walker has not been used other than maybe a couple innings since he was called up and he was brought up solely for the last series' we played.

They won't be sending Cotts down after he pitched a scoreless inning of relief (at home as well), even though the majority round here won't like that.
