Cardinals vs. Royals. :lolhitting

It is actually a bit of a rivalry (more from the Royals side than the Cards, but a rivalry none the less). The stuff you find out when your fiance's best friend is a die-hard Cards fan lol.

Brian is threatening to seat said friend's wife at the Royals table at the reception. (I don't think he would because he values said friend lol). Friend will be at the head table with us.

I said Sox v. Cubs. I feel like that one is the most intense and hyped up. The only other rivalry that I hear talked about is Yankees v. Mets, and all the people I know who are Yankees fans say that that rivalry is not as big of a deal like Sox v. Cubs is.

I voted for "other".

PADRES/MARINERS, b****ES!!!!

THE LENGTHY HISTORY BOTH TEAMS HAVE!!!!

THE GEOGRAPHIC PROXIMITY!!!!!

THE COUNTLESS PLAYOFF SHOWDOWNS THEY'VE HAD!!!

HAVE YOU NO RESPECT FOR TRADITION???????

see my philosophy is that if they are in the same state they are considered big rivals

There's 2 choices as far as im concerned.  I live in NY, never been to chi-town, so I don't know hot that rivalry is.  The mets-Yanks rivalry is huge here.

It's no where as intense as chicago. I've been to both rivalries. NY is up there though.
