maggsmaggs
The initial X-rays on Vladimir Guerrero's shoulder showed a partial dislocation, according to the Los Angeles Times. Guerrero might be able to avoid the disabled list, depending on what today's X-rays discover. He's going to miss at least a few games, though. May. 21 - 1:43 pm et This is bad news, cause I like Vlad, but a relief that he won't be in the Sox series. BTW, I wasn't sure whether this should be in the Around the Horn forum. But since it pertained to the upcoming series, I figured it would be okay.
whitesoxin'
Yet another one of my fantasy players goes down. I'm glad we won't see him, but I hope he gets well soon. Also, if it's his right shoulder, I hope it's not his labrum.
Queen Prawn
I hope he gets well soon. He is dangerous, but dang if he isn't a good player and seems to be a good guy at that from what I have read.
Chisoxfn
My dad said he was listening to the radio this AM and they said the Angels feared it may be as long as 2-3 months but they still needed further tests. I'm assuming since they said partial dislocation, that he'll be out more like 2-3 weeks. Regardless, I now have Vladdy, Sheets, and Schilling on the DL after finally getting Berkman back

Chisoxfn
QUOTE(whitesoxin' @ May 21, 2005 -> 10:17 AM) I have the same problem, just switch Schilling with Schmidt, Percival, and Lyon. I got Percy too. For a while I had like 5 or 6 guys on the DL. Luckily my team is still good
whitesoxin'
I wish I could say the same, but I'm hanging in there and am in the process of trading Vlad and Schmidt.

whitesoxin'
Vlad is already placed on the DL before further testing. That is not a good sign for the Angels.
GoodAsGould
While Vlad is maybe my favorite player to watch... him being out for the series going to be awesome because their offense hasnt even been that great with him...

Dam8610
Well this is good news for the Sox. I hope Vladdy isn't too seriously affected and he comes back and plays well later on this season, but I'm glad he's not going to be in there against our guys.
