winninguglyin83
Donnelly doesn't like the mound, so they're trying to fix it. we need to give this guy a three-spot -- and see how he likes that.
thomsonmi
It looks like the Angels have put in a f***ing headcase. And, former Cub no less.

WilliamTell
Just got done watchin Major League II. I see a 1-1 game, so the pitching duel lived up to what it was supposed to be I gather. Or maybe just a lack of hitting.

fathom
The last two games, the Sox have swung through some very good pitches to hit. Dye just got two cookies from Donnelly, and looked like s*** on both of them.

fathom
KW is crazy if he thinks that adding Frank Thomas to this lineup is going to be good enough to get it over the hump. This is the worst offense we've had in a long time.

This guy is on a road to nowhere quick with his bat. Looks pathetic up at the plate and like he's bailing out and trying to pull everything. thomsonmi
Is Pablo hurting still? Because you gotta think Ozzie would have subbed for Uribe or Crede at some point in the last couple days if Pablo was 100%.

fathom
QUOTE(thomsonmi @ May 25, 2005 -> 04:11 AM) We had streaks like this in the last couple years though even with Frank, Ordonez, Lee, and Valentin in the lineup. This lack of offense hasn't really been just a streak.....our offense has looked pretty bad all year. We only have 3 players who are hitting over .270 this season, and we are awful at drawing walks. Thankfully, we found a way to win 31 games out of our first 43.
