It also has one of the highest rates of HIV infection. It is a country unraveling, which is very sad because it is a beautiful country with many resources. This is why there's a massive HIV epidemic in Africa: Men, on average, have no respect for the women in their lives. If they're not beating them senseless at home, they're off having sex with prostitutes. Throwing money and condoms at Africa is a complete waste of time and taxpayer money.
