Steff
Daniels said he found "no grounds to second guess years of court rulings or to reject the recommendation of the parole board." What an asshole.

Standard advice in any organ donation. My grandmother needed a kidney.. her doctors gave us all the same song and dance. My aunt was a match.. my grama got her kidney. The judge didn't even use that as his excuse for denial. "Daniels said he found "no grounds to second guess years of court rulings or to reject the recommendation of the parole board." "Daniels said he found "no grounds to second guess years of court rulings or to reject the recommendation of the parole board." I understand that's what he said on the record. From the way the article reads to me, it sounds like someone questioned him about it and that's when he explains it. I agree with you, but I also see how the judge is spinning it. Steff
Judge..?? What judge..? And I'm not going to assume anything other than what I read.. and what I read is that the Gov doesn't think that possibily saving the life of an innocent person is "grounds" to give him a stay. As I said... asshole.
