Mr. Showtime
Figures, Lofton couldn't play dead for the Sox, and he send them into the series. And Baker has set himself up for one HUGE payday.

CubKilla
Have two wild-cards ever met in the WS? I know the Marlins were a wild-card the year they won the series, but I cannot remember who they were playing.
MurcieOne
The Injuns, and they won the central that year.
Chisoxfn
Nope, two wild cards have never made it. From what I remember the Marlins were the only wild card team to make it prior to this upcoming world series.

foulkesfan11
I used to think the Giants were ok. I jsut hope they lose because even if they do win, it will all be about Barry Bonds. Like he's some kind of savior or something. Booooo!
Guest hotsoxchick1
f*** the giants they arent going to win... go angels............ :metal
Chisoxfn
The one guy I like on the Giants is former Cub Shawon Dunston. I remember watching him play for the Cubs as a kid and he always was one of my favorite shortstops and players to watch. The guy is a real class act and I'd like to see him get a ring, its too bad the Angels couldn't pick him up cause they are going to win it all.
