Winnin Ugly
I heard a interview that Gammons gave he thinks the Sox& Twins will make the playoffs because they play in the weak AL Central. While the other good teams in the AL are in much tougher divisions. He sounded like he was a little ticked off that 2 AL Central teams might make the playoffs because he thinks that one of the east or west coast teams would makea better playoff team.. GoodAsGould
While the AL East is clearly the best division... Id say we are a much better division than the AL West... Seattle has shown to be a worse team than detroit and cleveland. and KC isnt really much worse than the A's hell they might be better until they trade Sweeney... they have had a lot of 1 run losses. How dare you suggest Kansas City may be better than Oakland.A'S HAVE SECURED THEIR FUTURE WITH STUD PITCHING PROSPECTS!!! "I can trade whomever I desire and my disciples will continue to worship me. Our current record is merely the result of bad luck. I've inserted individual career statistics and minor league pitching projections into my computer and it suggested our record will be 85-77. So obviously, we're due to folow this record." /daily Oakland jab completed Edited May 31, 2005 by Flash Tizzle

Hideaway Lights
I love how Gammons said preseason that Detroit and Cleveland were talented teams on the rise, and now they're suddenly "weak" teams. Winnin Ugly
Gammons sucks he is so over rated as a baseball expert... I hope to god we face the Twins in the ALCS to shut up all these east coast experts

I know what you're saying, but it annoys me when people on national media outlets have a bias. It takes away from their objectivity, thus making their analysis useless. Milkman delivers
The only way this thread would make me happy is if the rest of the title said, "I'm retiring from being a baseball analyst because I'm both biased and a raving dumbass."
