I was drunk at a bar in chicago and they made me leave and I got pissed and supposedly hit one of the bouncers. Now the police may have arrested you on battery, but the city/state has to decide if they will charge you. Depending on the severity of what happened, you may wind up paying a fine for drunk and disorderly. At least that's what use to happen when I was younger and dumber.
