The Critic
I just heard on AM1000 that Oz had a postgame team meeting to vent his frustration at the way the team played yesterday. I'm not sure if I like that or not, considering that Oz didn't have his finest strategic game either. If I'm Ozzie, I think I probably just thank the Angels for giving the game back to us and go home to forget about this one.
Guest JimH
I like it. He probably trashed himself too.
GoodAsGould
Yeah I bet Ozzie took some blame too, but its understandable to be mad at how we played... and I like how he is doing it after a win.

He should be mad about the last two weeks.
NUKE_CLEVELAND
QUOTE(Milkman delivers @ May 31, 2005 -> 07:15 PM) He's only mad about yesterday's game? He should be mad about the last two weeks. He should have been ripping the offense. They've cost us more than anything lately.
southsider2k5
QUOTE(JimH @ May 31, 2005 -> 07:44 PM) I like it. He probably trashed himself too. No doubt about it. Ozzie has always been honest when he sucked too as a player, I have no doubt he would confide in his team if he sucked as a manager.
Wedge
He should be ripping the defense, too. Our fielding hasn't looked so great lately.
Ozzie Montana
One guy who is need of some serious ripping is PK. 8.5 mil for a guy who's playing just aweful. I understand he's leading the team in HR and RBI's BUT that's his job. His approach at the plate right now is sickening. Since he is a leader on this team, why hasnt he addressed the horrific offense in a players only meeting? isnt that what leaders do? Look at the yankees. A-Rod did it earlier with the Yankees and now it seems they've been lighting everyone up. I dont expect the offense to do the same but come on guys, give the pitching a breather once in a while. I hear everybody saying the offense will turn it around, (Dye and Rowand are looking better at the plate) but im still worried about Konerko.
