Rowand44
QUOTE(Jabroni @ Jun 4, 2005 -> 04:44 PM) It was a perfect pitch to hit. He had Hafner at 0-2 and he gave him a pitch to hit. That was moronic. Perfect pitch to hit, no. It was at his eyes but that being said you're right it wasn't a smart pitch, he got 2 straight sliders over, he should have went with it again. Regardless, he shouldn't be throwing Hafner a pitch over the plate when he has him 0-2. :rolly

Hell, you're supposed to like the team but you hate a majority of the players, just trying to get that straight. Being a pussy huh? Yeah, I guess that makes sense. tony72
One thing I noticed about the weaker links in our bullpen (particularly Cotts, Marte, even Visciano and Takatsu to a point).. Have you noticed they are much better if they start OFF an inning (no outs, no one on) then when they come into a situation where there is two or less outs and runners are on?).. I have observed this this season...for example Cotts was great when he pitched the seventh and eigth last night (he started both innings) - but I bet if he came on during an inning with runners on..they would have scored.. Anyone else observe this?
