Ok, listen to me, you have GOT to incorporate that picture as your signature; you simply can't keep attaching it in your posts.

Here's what you do:

1) Click on the "My controls" link in the upper-right hand corner

2) Click on Edit Signature

3) Right click on your picture and copy and past it's http

4) Insert that http in the sig section and you're set.

i guess that could be why his fastball wasn't so fast last nite.  i also have seen him shaking his arm. i really hope he's healthy and gets back to old form.  even w/ cotts pitching good, not so sure i'd want him as the top lefty in the pen.  might need to look for another.

I also think the radar gun was sketchy. Polittes first couple pitches never reached past 91 MPH, then he threw a 94 MPH fastball, then back down. I dont believe the numbers they put on TV much anyways.

cant even get that right huh?

Its the bicep, and they are re-evaluating him today. The slowness in his pitches last night were definatley the speed gun as Polite was topping off at 90 MPH on his fastball.

That's wierd, because the way he was moving his arm looked like he was trying to loosen up his shoulder.

Agree.. looked more like the shoulder blade area.. :huh
