tony72
QUOTE(Milkman delivers @ Jun 12, 2005 -> 04:05 PM) Yeah, this is eerily similar to last year...and I don't like it at all. This is similar to the game in Colorado when he gave up a three run homer and put 0's up the rest of the game.. Of course that game in Colorado wasn't Game 3 of the series so Ozzie didn't put seven automatic outs in our line up...

fathom
We're the worst f***ing bunting team. After a while, we just need to let our guys swing away and stop playing for one run, and try to get a big inning.

fathom
What a dumb f***ing play by Everett. Of course, it would have been avoided if PK didn't try to pull an offspeed pitch on the outside corner.

Antonio Osuna
The umpire who called Everett out was once attacked by fans at US Cellular Field. I might attack him next time he's over here.
Milkman delivers
Laz Diaz clearly still holds a grudge against the Sox. BS call last night and now this. This is beginning to look like that Oakland series. This is the kind of thing that makes me happy that Byrd "pushed" that ump on his ass.
SnB
my inning recap: that was a terrible call by cora to send scott there. I thought he was gonna be out by 15 feet. Diaz made the right call on everett, he was on the grass. Why was carl running anyways?

fathom
Some type of smartball we saw there: - Harris can't get down a bunt - Our 3rd base coach sends a runner home when he's not even at the base and the RF, with a great arm, has the ball (thankfully he was barely safe) - A veteran player tries to go to 3rd on a routine grounder to the 3rd baseman.
