No, because most of the time, his speed can make up for an initial mis-judged ball. And his speed also allows him to get to a lot of balls that Everett wouldn't even smell

Scott needs to take about a million fly balls this offseason.

I agree with the comment. It's so good to see guys make positive statements about our Sox players. Carl has been a team player and wants to contribute. I just wisah there was a way to get him in there more and at the same time see the Big Hurt every game as the DH. But, do we think there is a chance that Frank may get a little playing time at 1B. Konerko will need a rest from time to time and it would be a great way to keep rotating Dye, Everett and Thomas around.
