My girlfriend just got tickets at the cell BO for tomorrow and Snday. 3, not together, for both days. All lowers.

:o :o

I thought you were married to Jim! :bang

I would imagine you can get singles when they do their credit releases pretty easy (case in point, huh?)

One of these years I just need to plan on it and bring Mrs. Kap to see a real baseball rivalry.

We are still pounding on Amie to do the shower in October, that way we will have baseball and a shower to go to

That dope wants to do it in August or September. :bang

Alright, I've read this on the boards for months now, is this just some random Jim steff is married to, or JimH, as in the poster?

Different Jim. JimH is a completely different person, I can vouch for I have met them both :)

I didn't want to start a new thread for this but I have a question. I am going to the game on Saturday and want to catch the end of the day at Taste of Chicago afterwards. We are driving to the game and (obviously) do not want to attempt driving to Grant Park. I know how to get there on the red line and everything but wanted to ask someone what I should do about parking. If we leave the car parked in a Sox parking lot will it be o.k. for 2-3 hours after the game or will it get towed/ticketed/worse? If they close the lots within that time period, where might be a good place nearby to park?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Well, you can park at the Grant Park garage and take the Red or Green to the game and back, that's one option.

The other option is try to get to the game really early and park on the street just east of the Green line at 35th and State or so. You'll need to be really early.

I don't know the particulars of how long the Sox lots stay open after the game but it's a safe bet it's about two hours.

To my knowledge there are no city lots (non White Sox lots) around the ballpark with the exception of the church lot at roughly 37th and Wentworth, I have no idea how long they stay open after the games.

Great idea, thank you Jim!
