Ichiro Suzuki tailed off at the end of his first year...leason learned....give the guy some rest...

Ichiro's rookie year in 2001:

August: .429 Batting Average

September: .337 Batting Average

Haha, you tried to bulls*** me. :nono

It's besides the point anyway, every man is a different mang.

Tad doesn't need a day off, he had one on Thursday and will have one tomorrow. Please put our best players in there today Ozzie. :huh

Oh well, enought b****ing, let's go rough up Prior!

It might be his obsession with the lefty/right matchups that Ozzie seems to adore.

tadahito hasnt been hitting too great lately, so harris should get to play, i dont see anything wrong there

Didn't he hit a home run off of Prior at Wrigley? He seems to be a big game type of guy, I can't wait to watch him in the playoffs.

might not have been the first year...but the year of baseball is shorter in Japan...and i remember that ichiro usually has tailed off at the end of the year...i think the sox are trying to give him some time off because this is his first year in MLB....i wasn't trying to BS you....

Hooray for working the count.  This could end up being a long day.

Goddamnit. What in the hell are these guys thinking? You absolutely positively have to work the count and make him pitch! Podsednik and Harris especially, that's what their supposed strengths are.

qwerty btw I was reading the other thread, are you both a Sox and Cubs fan?

Very rare for someone so into baseball to be a fan of both teams.
