BridgeportHeather
Loaiza has CLEARLY been the most valuable Sox player thus far, 1/6 of the way into the season. He's been nothing short of a pleasure to watch. Hopefully he can keep this up!
YASNY
He's had a great month, that's for sure. Let's hope he can keep it going. Just 5 wins a month from him is all I ask.
BridgeportHeather
Just thought I'd point out that he's on pace to win 30 games this year!!! Ya heard it here first!!!
YASNY
That's why I asked for 5 wins a month.
BridgeportHeather
That's why I asked for 5 wins a month. I like the logic!!!

YASNY
5 wins a month? Wait, are we talking about Loaiza or the Tigers? Can't be the Tigers... unless you ae a very optimistic Tiger fan. LOL
Bmr31
Can't be the Tigers... unless you ae a very optimistic Tiger fan. LOL Sounds like a great poll topic. Who wins more games this season, Loaiza or the tigers.
BridgeportHeather
Sounds like a great poll topic. Who wins more games this season, Loaiza or the tigers. Bmr, that's not even gonna be close...LOL!!! The Tigers aren't winning nearly 34 games (30 during regular season, 4 during postseason--including final game of World Series).
CubKilla
5 wins a month? Wait, are we talking about Loaiza or the Tigers? The smart money is on Loaiza
mreye
"85% of the world is working..... the other 15% come out here (for day baseball). RIP THOSE MOTHERf***ERS! RIP THOSE COCKING COCKSUCKERS!"----- Lee Elia in an '83 tirade about Cub "fans" Today is the 20th anniversary of that tirade.
baggio202
Sounds like a great poll topic. Who wins more games this season, Loaiza or the tigers. did you know , loaiza's 5 wins tie him with maddux , pedro and RJ combined of course on the flip shea hillenbrand's 25 rbi 's is 8 more than the combined totals of konerko and thomas
SoxFan1
WOW! Loazia with more wins than Pedro, RJ, and Maddux combined! Holy s***!!!
DonkeyKongerko
Jeez and to think a couple months ago none of us were even sure Esteban Loaiza would make it through Spring Training. Oh yeah another interesting fact: A White Sox pitcher has not been AL Player of the Week since '93. Blackjack.
witesoxfan
Loaiza also has the lowest ERA in the league. If he can get us 15 wins....that'd be huge. This 5 wins in April make him one of the better pickups in the league this year. I still wanna see how he does agianst a powerhouse team like the A's or Yankees. If you have a bad night against them....you'll be showering with 6 or 7 innings left.
SoxFan1
I have got to agree whitesoxfan. Anything more than 15 wins for Stevie is a gift! Also, the way he's going, I think he will be able to be, at least, decent versus good teams.
