Antonio Osuna
Now Cantu is an interesting name. Given that he is a Jorge, I assume he's of Spanish/Hispanic ancestory, but Cantu just doesn't sound like a Spanish name. You rarely get a final u- in Spanish. It actually sounds Sardinian. Steve9347
you can tell ESPN is not too happy with Jeter's absence at the game... they haven't even posted the story to espn.com's MLB page. haha, F the East side!

jphat007
QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Jul 6, 2005 -> 07:12 PM) We give the Count the lead...3 up and 3 down goes Tampa Bay. He must feel pretty strange out there. Rarely does he get a lead to play with this year. Who knows if he'll keep it, but our run support for him has been awful. And I know he had an early 2-0 in Oakland, but that was in Oakland. Balta1701
Sac fly by Uribe, Dye scores, Ozuna thrown out running to second...bad play by Pablo, but the run does count, 4-1 Sox.

jphat007
Haha. He's some kind of aggressive. I like it with 2 outs though, as long as Dye is hustling.

Cantu's Mexican, and the name is apparently common in Mexico and derives from a similar Italian name. Or so sez ancestry.com.
