Rowand44
I just thought this play deserved some mentioning. To be honest, I've never seen that play in the majors before, you look at the start of the play where Rowand was positioned and it's absolutely amazing for him to get to that ball. Just an absolutely fantastic play by Aaron, possibly a game saver. This play is almost symbolic of how this season has been, everyone on the team chipping in, players bailing their teammates out in certain situations. To Aaron To the White Sox I absolutely love this team, they can go along way people, lets enjoy it.

Y2HH
Timo is so good that you can actually remove all the other outfielders, put him in center and he will play all three positions at once. Timo = Bugs Bunny. Oh, it's true.
Texsox
Since he was there for the catch, it's always funny to see an outfielder standing there with arms outstretched and no clue where the ball is. He was off by 20 feet!
Y2HH
It's funny until it happens to you. Happened to me before in an adult baseball league. You stand there like a jackass looking up into the sky thinking, "Son of a...I know this is just a routine fly and I'm not gonna catch it." Meanwhile, everyone else, including any family in attendance, see it just fine. I know how Scottie felt. Don't make fun of him, or I'll have to destroy you. Controlled Chaos
That was a GREAT play. That's why you run to the ball even if it's not hit to you. If he wouldn't have started running as soon as the ball was hit...he would have never made it there. Awesome play...Scooter you owe him a beer!! Nothing worse that a catcher spinning circles and the ball land on home plate.
Ozzie Montana
Rowand did his job and backed up Podsednik and it was a hella of a play by Rowand.
Y2HH
Now THAT is funny...just imaginging a catcher spinning around to position himself under a ball he cannot really see... Milkman delivers
I'm glad that Rowand, like the rest of us, figured out that Pods is an awful fielder. I guess it shows they know a lot about each other. I don't blame Pods for losing the ball in the lights, it happens. The guy just does stuff like this all the time. I can't understand how a guy with his speed can just be so bad out there. Anyway, great play by Aaron.
Y2HH
Speed has nothing to do with reading a ball off a bat.
